Steve became part of the Emerald Soccer Club staff in 1991 working under coach Timo Liekowski and Jay Hoffman, formerly with the Cleveland Force. While at Emerald, Steve earned his National "D" License and started on the path to becoming a youth professional soccer coach.
In 1993, Steve joined the Hudson High School boys staff as a JV coach and continued his career coaching youth with the Hudson Explorers Soccer Club. After earning his National "C" License In 1994, he began working with the OYSAN State ODP program and became a state coaching school instructor later that year. In his first outing as an ODP head coach, Steve became the first coach in OYSAN history to win the ODP regional camp tournament with the '82 State Team.
He completed his National "B" License in San Diego in 1996. In 1997, he was named the Head Girls Coach at Revere High School where he led the Minutemen to (2) District Championships and (2) League Championships. In 1999, Steve completed his National "A" License and was awarded the GAASCA Coach of the Year honors.
In 2000, Steve became the Girls Director of Coaching for Everest Premier Soccer Club. For the past 21 years, he has grown Everest, now the FC Evolution, girls program into one of the areas top clubs and has successfully placed hundreds of kids in colleges across the country. "We train kids hard and help give them the tools they need to have successful high school, college and hopefully some day professional careers in soccer. All it takes is talent, determination and time" said Davis.
Steve currently holds his USSF National "A" license, NSCAA Premier Diploma and a National "Youth" license. He is the Head Coach for the Tallmadge High School Girls Soccer team. He is also the President of Tallmadge United Soccer Club.
He lives in Brimfield, OH with his wife Amy and his children Michael (19) and Madelyn (16)

Video Biography
Dan is the former Head Men's Soccer Coach at Hiram College. For sixteen years he served Hiram college as the first assistant coach and then the head coach. "Dan is an extraordinary talent evaluator and recruiter," said Hiram college Director of Athletics Tom Mulligan.
Dan is a 1984 graduate of the University of North Carolina where he also played soccer as a student athlete for the Tarheels. Dan later played semi-professional soccer with the Lake Erie All-Stars.
Dan currently holds his National "D"license. He has worked with clubs across north east Ohio and western Pennsylvania including Hudson United, GFS and Beadling.
He lives in Munroe Falls, OH with his wife Stacey, his daughter Kaitlin (25) and son Zachary (18). His oldest son Ben (32) is a retired professional soccer player for the MLS Cup Champions the Portland Timbers.
